Refunds & Cancellation

1. Booking Amount

All booking amounts paid toward plot reservation are subject to the terms mentioned in the booking form and allotment letter issued by the developer.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to blueladderrealtyhomes@gmail.com.
Refund amounts and applicable deductions (administrative charges, GST, etc.) are governed by the builder-buyer agreement.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

3. Cancellation by Developer

In the unlikely event that the developer cancels an allotment, the full booking amount will be refunded without any deductions within 30 working days.

4. Enquiry / Site-Visit Fees

There is no fee for submitting an enquiry or scheduling a site visit through this website. Any amount you pay directly to the developer is governed by their refund policy.

5. Chargeback & Disputes

Any dispute regarding a payment must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Kindly contact us at +91 89566 97303 for the fastest resolution.
